Is my request instantly confirmed?
No. The first email confirms receipt only. The booking becomes binding after we personally confirm the date, final price, services, pickup and cancellation deadline.
When do I pay?
No payment or card details are required with the request. You pay only using the method stated in the personal acceptance.
How are children priced?
Children under 2 travel free. Ages 2 to 11 pay 50% of the adult price, and from age 12 the full adult price applies. Enter each child's age and the total updates straight away.
When will I know the pickup time?
The exact pickup time is sent after your hotel and selected date have been checked.
What is included?
Each localized tour page lists included and excluded items. The personal acceptance is the final binding service list.
