Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customers can cancel their booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled excursion and receive a full refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For cancellations within 48 hours before the excursion, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There will be no refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the excursion or for no-shows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the excursion is cancelled by us due to bad weather or unforeseeable circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or the opportunity to rebook.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Special offers and discount tickets are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Complaints and inquiries<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In case customers are not satisfied with the service, you can contact us within 24 hours after the excursion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All inquiries and complaints will be processed within 5 working days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
