General Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regulate the business relationship between Ausflug1 (nachfolgend „Anbieter“) und dem Kunden (nachfolgend „Kunde“).
1.2. By booking a service via www.ausflug1.de the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Service description

2.1. The provider arranges and organizes various excursions and tourist services in Egypt.
2.2. The exact service descriptions are on the website www.ausflug1.de listed below. We reserve the right to make changes or deviations to the services.

3. Booking and conclusion of contract

3.1. The booking of an excursion is made online through the website, by phone or by e-mail.
3.2. With the booking, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a contract.
3.3. The contract is concluded with the confirmation of the provider (in writing or orally).

4. Prices and terms of payment

4.1. All prices are indicated on the Website and include VAT (if applicable).
4.2. Payment is made either in advance or directly on the day of the excursion (depending on the agreement).
4.3. The Provider reserves the right to adjust prices if external factors (e.g. taxes, entrance fees) change.

5. Cancellation and Withdrawal Conditions

5.1. Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail or by telephone.
5.2. In case of cancellation, the following fees apply:

• Up to 48 hours before the start: Free cancellation

• Less than 48 hours before the start: 50% of the total amount

• On the day of the excursion or in case of no-show: 100% of the total amount
  5.3. If the provider has to cancel a tour (e.g. due to bad weather or unforeseeable circumstances), a full refund will be granted or an alternative tour will be offered.

6. Liability

6.1. The provider is liable for the proper execution of the booked services.
6.2. Participation in excursions is at your own risk. The provider assumes no liability for accidents, injuries or lost items.
6.3. The Provider is not liable for delays or changes due to force majeure (e.g. weather conditions, official orders).

7. Data Protection

7.1. The customer's personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
7.2. A transfer to third parties will only take place if this is necessary for the execution of the booked services.

8. Final provisions

8.1. Changes or additions to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing.
8.2. Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
8.3. The law of the Arab Republic of Egypt applies.
