1. Cancellation Policy

• Customers can cancel their booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled excursion and receive a full refund.
• For cancellations within 48 hours before the excursion, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• There will be no refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the excursion or for no-shows.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
• If the excursion is cancelled by us due to bad weather or unforeseeable circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or the opportunity to rebook.
• Special offers and discount tickets are non-refundable.

3. Complaints and inquiries

• In case customers are not satisfied with the service, you can contact us within 24 hours after the excursion.
• All inquiries and complaints will be processed within 5 working days.
